Refunds may be considered for cancellation of services within a specified period after purchase, provided that you have not extensively used the features of our software. Eligibility for a refund is determined on a case-by-case basis.
To request a cancellation and potential refund, you must submit a written request via email to support@digikhaata.com, including your account details, purchase information, and the reason for cancellation. Requests submitted beyond the specified period may not be eligible for a refund.
Once your cancellation request is received, our team will review the request and determine if a refund is appropriate based on the usage and time of cancellation. Approved refunds will be processed through the same payment method originally used for the transaction.
Refund requests must be made within 30 days of the original purchase date. Once approved, it may take up to 15 business days for the refund to be processed and reflected in your account.
